5L bottle of Giò organic extra virgin olive oil obtained by cold pressing the best olives of the Frantoio, Pendolino, Rosciola and Leccino varieties. It opens to the nose with a slightly intense fruitiness between green and ripe, accompanied by vegetal notes of grass, apple, thistle and exotic fruit. On the palate the bitter prevails over the very delicate spicy, while notes of sweet almond complete the sensory package.
