Perucchetti Estate is located in the Castelli Romani area, between the municipalities of Ariccia, Genzano and Albano, south of Rome in an area particularly devoted to agriculture and in particular to the production of quality oil and wine. The estate is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and fruit trees, and in the center of the estate stands a large old farmhouse, the former vaccheria, the lemon house and a garden with sea view. The manor house has an articulated architecture, reminiscent of the farmhouses of the Roman countryside and the Pontine plain. On the ground floor there was the oil mill, the orciaio and later the cellar for wine making and wine storage was annexed. To date, they are all spaces that are used, maintaining the historical memory of the past and the nature of these places destined for agriculture. The concrete glass vats of the cellar have remained intact as well as the old jars that kept the oil. Outside there are the old tool sheds, the grain silos and the structure of the cowshed where the animals were sheltered and dairy products were produced.
