EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Making a good oil is an act of love, where passion and dedication are essential elements. The quality of our Gio' extra-virgin olive oil is given by the skilful combination of four different olive cultivars, Frantoio, Rosciola, Pendolino and Leccino and other autochthonous cultivars not yet identified. It is a 100% Italian product, obtained from olives harvested only on the estate and through mechanical procedures which preserve its freshness and goodness.

The nose opens to the nose with a slightly intense fruitiness between green and ripe, accompanied by vegetal notes of grass, apple, thistle and exotic fruit. On the palate the bitter prevails over the very delicate spicy, while notes of sweet almond complete the sensory package. Discreet fluidity and harmony.

All this to say how much love the family dedicates to the land, where the olives grow and ripen.

RED AND WHITE WINE

The perfect combination of a volcanic land and an ideal microclimate are our strengths for producing a genuine and authentic wine that knows how to excite.
The oldest vines, even over 50 years old, bear witness to a wine history made up not only of numbers, hectares and bottles but above all of people. The age of our vines requires constant care, which forces us to work every day, from pruning to harvesting, only by hand.
The wines that are obtained from our grapes are the white Doc Colli Albani "Agata" and the red IGP Lazio "Giovanni".
Our philosophy is to respect the rhythms of nature, accepting its many unexpected events and refining agricultural techniques, with the constant desire to improve.
